Oh, the weather outside is frightful, or, at the very least, unsettled. But the books inside are delightful. We have lots of lovely books suitable for gift-giving. It’s nice to hold a book in your hands, and an e-reader certainly can’t simulate that feel, or the beauty of the cover and interior illustrations. We also have dozens and dozens of autographed modern first printings (most not expensive).
Gift certificates are available in any denomination of your choice. They are attractive and come in matching envelopes for gift giving.

At our Grand Opening party, we made a special presentation to our phone and internet provider, Liberty Bell, www.303Bundles.com/29750. They loved the early 1900's sheet music we found entitled "Liberty Bell". (We got it from our sheet music seller, TJ Music, right here in the store.)

The Denver Book Mall closed August 31, 2009, but Ron and Nina were thrilled to be able to open a new book store, Broadway Book Mall, 200 S. Broadway, Denver, CO, southeast corner of Broadway and Cedar, just 3-1/2 blocks south of the Denver Book Mall location. We brought with us 9 of the booksellers from the old store, though we have now lost JoAnn due to health problems. Great books, great people, great service and great parking. REAL books for REAL people.
We've been open since August 4, 2009 and are thriving in our new location. Please help us spread the word by linking to our web site and by telling absolutely everyone you know!
THE CAST OF CHARACTERS Joining us are some of your favorites from the old Denver Book Mall: v Laura Givens, local artist extraordinaire, who carries her own art, plus SF and fantasy, graphic novels and comics, movies, metaphysical, classics. www.lauragivens-artist.com
v Marian, Large Print Books in many genres and topics and also a mail-order catalog. www.thelargeprintbookshop.com
v Dean, who has mystery, science fiction, western fiction, general fiction, cookbooks, and always some surprising items of pure uniqueness. www.deanhwyantbooks.com
v Steve, Sports Books, who carries general fiction, theatre, westerns, miscellaneous .....and not many sports books at this time.
v Mary, Books West and East, who offers a wide array of books about China, Japan and all of Asia; African-American, armchair travel and adventure; plus some nice vintage children's books.
v Tom, TJ Sheet Music, who has an extensive collection of sheet music and some books about music and musicians.
v Joe, I-70 Books, our king of non-fiction, who covers Colorado/Western/ Indian history, mountaineering, sports, paranormal, religion, mythology, philosophy, classics, science, mythology, medicine/healing, military, classical history, hunting and fishing, and so much more.
v Toni, Corner Cupboard Books, with a varied selection of books on railroads, sports, western history, plus childrens books;
v Ron & Nina, Who Else! Books - emphasis on mystery, horror, science fiction, fantasy and general fiction, many autographed. Most books are gently used, but we have a wide array of new books as well. A good selection of cookbooks, politics, women's issues, Hispanic literature, African-American literature, gay and lesbian issues and literature, humor, children and young adult, gardening, books on books and on writing, audio books, general non-fiction, plus Ron's famously named shelf of "Tall Books of a Miscellaneous Nature." www.WhoElseBooks.com
One of the reasons we selected this location is that we are two doors from Fahrenheit Books once again. We look forward to continuing to serve Colorado's booklovers in our new home.
